Fukushima: sea radioactivity rose by more x100 near the nuclear ruin

The continuous leaks (or dumping?) of radioactive water to the Ocean have caused that radioactivity measured by the isotope Strontium-90 has climbed to 8.9 to more than 10,000 Becquerels per liter at the destroyed plant's harbor, which is separated from the open ocean just by a net.
