From the Net 'Athens: Homeless people evicted from a municipal building' (ContraInfo)

On Monday, February 6th, 2012, a very cold night under heavy rain, hail and strong wind, seven homeless people approached the municipal building of the closed gym in the neighbourhood of Rouf to spend the night. Among them was a pregnant woman who was not feeling well at all.

The City of Athens threw the homeless once again on the street, and the cops waited for an ambulance to transfer the pregnant woman only after the appeals of supporters and citizens from the Social Solidarity Network.

In the video footage you can see the clothes and personal items of the homeless thrown in the trash by municipal workers.
