Sandinista landslide in Nicaragua municipal elections

Some good news for a change: the Sandinista National Liberation Front (FSLN) won in the municipal elections by landslide.

134 of 153 town halls were attributed to the FSLN (25 more than in 2008), a well as 16 of the 17 departments.

The liberals (right wing) divided in three different parties (PLI, PLC and ALN) suffered a brutal defeat, getting only 15 municipalities (12, 2 and 1 respectively). The Native American party Yatama succeeded in three local administrations.

The OAS observers declared themselves "satisfied". When will there be international observers in the obscure electronic elections of the USA?
