Mexico: six years later the same fraud

Andrés Manuel López Obrador will appeal again against widespread fraud (at least three thousand electoral incidents) in the Mexican elections. AMLO, as he's known by sympathizers was already robbed from his legitimate victory six years ago. The situation repeats, it seems, now, with a brutal accumulation of irregularities all around the country favoring his main rival, the institutionalist (PRI) Enrique Peña Nieto.

Among the irregularities denounced is the use by the PRI of much more money in the campaign than allowed by law (five billion pesos versus 360 million allowed), probably originated in dirty business or large corporations, part of which was used to directly purchase votes from poor people (a million votes in DF alone).

AMLO also criticized those who, not needing any money, freely voted for Peña Nieto accusing them of wanting corruption to continue.

It is very harsh what I am saying but that is how it happened.
