For the first time in history probably the United States of America have deployed troops in the land of Palestine in agreement with the Apartheid regime known as Israel.
9000 US soldiers have arrived to Palestine in preparation of alleged joint maneuvers under the name of 'Austere Challenge 12' with the Zionist regime to happen "soon". These military exercises between the Zionist colony and its imperial protector and de facto colonial motherland are alleged to have been scheduled since long ago but are actually suspected by most to be part of the planning of a larger offensive in the region, maybe against Iran, Syria or both.
It is notable that these 'exercises' have been improvised just after Iran realized a show of force in the Persian Gulf with a military exercise in which they simulated to cut all navigation through the Hormuz Strait, a key choking point in global oil supply routes.

Was this story even covered by the mainstream media in the US? I get my news mostly from CNN, and I was completely unaware of this.
ReplyDeleteI don't think so (but I do not follow most mainstream media). The ultimate sources are Israeli anyhow, mention (but no link) of Haaretz and Debkafiles is made.
