Itziar Moreno, prisoner from my home town, Bilbao, has begun a hunger strike in the French prison of Fresnes, near Paris, 700 km away from home. Her reason: to demand an end to isolation conditions, which are a form of torture.
Moreno was arrested on March 4th at Creuse, she seems to be accused of membership in ETA and a bomb attack in Majorca against the Spanish tourism industry, which was also a clear threat to the King.

Update(May 11): She left the hunger strike today after ten days and being moved to Dijon, where I presume she is not in isolation anymore (from Branka again[eu])
