Mavi Marmara attackers may be proseuted by the International Criminal Court

While Israel is not part of the ICC's jurisdiction, the facts that the assault happened in international waters and that affects a signatory state (oddly enough Comoros, under which pavilion the Mavi Marmara sailed) allows the ICC to initiate action, which has been requested by the victims, after the UNCHR report assessing the Zionist assault was published two weeks ago.
