It comes from the German Federal Office for Radiation Protection[ge] (via Energy News) and shows two things:
- Radiation in Japan (where exactly?) is stable and high, at around 0.005 Bequerels per cubic meter.
- Elsewhere radiation appears to have declined (after initial peaks) to negligible or still somewhat high levels (but nowhere near what Japan has). The lack of data by the end of the graph is still worrisome because it means that authorities are trying to cover up something by not measuring radiation anymore.
However here there is a Germany-only chart that shows that radiation has steadily decreased since the explosion of Fukushima Dai Ichi no. 3 on March 13:
