Spanish government threatens with arbitrary ban to a consumers' association

The Spanish government, the heirs of Fascism, has threatened consumers' association FACUA-Consumidores en Acción with banishment from the legal registry of such kind of organisms if they do not paralyze their campaigns, mobilizations and protests against the against the budgetary cuts in healthcare and education and remove all related content from their website[es]

Of course the organization believe that they have the law on their side and that the threat is empty but the very fact that they are doing that evidences two things: that the Spanish government is pretty much fascist and knows nothing about civil rights and that they are desperate.
